Rebecca Gottlieb Youth Library

The Beth Aaron Youth Department is proud to introduce the Rebecca Gottlieb Youth Library.

The library

  • Is located on the lower level of the shul.
  • Contains hundreds of age-appropriate Jewish-themed children’s books, including parsha, Jewish holidays, history, fiction, board books, biographies, and much more.
  • Accepts donations of Jewish-themed children’s books in new or good condition, as well as monetary donations ($18 and up) to purchase new books in memory or in honor of a loved one.
  • Provides many opportunities for additional programing for our Youth Department.
  • Enhances our Shabbat morning groups by offering a comfortable and well-stocked library for weekly story-time sessions.
  • Offers you and your child access to many books and resources to enjoy in shul or at home.

Library Guidelines

  1. The library will be open during shul hours.
  2. Only adults and children 11 years and older are permitted to take out books from the library. Younger children must be accompanied by a parent.
  3. Please return books within one week to ensure that others can enjoy them as well.
  4. Please take out no more than two books at a time.
  5. If a book gets lost or damaged please e-mail Youth@bethaaron.org.

The Youth Department would like to thank the Hager Family for their generous donation to the library in honor of their grandmother and great-grandmother, Rebecca Gottlieb.
