Meet our Assistant Rabbi

Dear Member,

We hope this message finds you well.  It is with great excitement and anticipation that we announce the appointment of Rabbi Ben Zion Feld to the new position of Assistant Rabbi.

Having served as the Rabbinic Intern at Beth Aaron for the past two years, Rabbi Feld has served with poise and distinction. His insightful teaching, caring nature, and genuine warmth have already left a positive impact on many within our community.

Rabbi Feld's impressive background speaks volumes about his commitment to Torah scholarship and community leadership. He is a distinguished member of the Bella and Harry Wexner Kollel Elyon of Yeshiva University, showcasing his dedication to advancing his own learning and contributing to the broader Jewish educational landscape. His involvement in the Masmidim Honors Program during his undergraduate studies and the Bella and Harry Wexner Semicha Honors program during his semicha studies underscores his passion for Torah.

Beyond his academic achievements, Rabbi Feld has also been actively engaged in teaching and mentorship. He has taught Chumash and Gemara at Yeshiva University High School for Boys and has served as the Head Madrich of NCSY Kollel as well as the director of the staff Learning Track at Camp Morasha, demonstrating talent in guiding and inspiring the younger generation

We are equally delighted to welcome Rabbi Feld's wife, Sarah, to our community. Sarah is a psychologist, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our congregation.  Dr. Feld will be serving as a school psychologist at the Frisch Yeshiva High School. Together, Rabbi and Dr. Feld are the proud parents of three children, and we are confident that their presence will further enrich the fabric of our community.

As we embark on this new chapter together, we encourage all of our members to extend a warm and heartfelt welcome to Rabbi and Sarah Feld. Their energy, wisdom, and dedication will undoubtedly enhance our community's vibrancy and deepen our spiritual connections.

The Felds may be reached at rabbifeld@bethaaron.org and sarahfeld@bethaaron.org.

Please join us in celebrating this exciting news and stay tuned for more details about upcoming events and opportunities to meet and engage with Rabbi and Sarah Feld.

With warm regards,

Rabbi Larry Rothwachs
