November 16

We regret to inform you of the passing of Josie Zwebner, beloved mother of Carmela Rosenbaum.  The funeral will take place today, Sunday, November 16, at 6:30 p.m. Israel time, at Beit Shamgar, with burial to follow at Har ha-Zeitim. 

On Sunday night, shiva will be held until 10:00 p.m. at 21 Binyamin Disraeli Street, Apt. 5, in Jerusalem. On Monday, Shacharit will be held at 7:30 a.m. and shiva will be held until 10:00 a.m.

Following her return to Teaneck on Tuesday morning, shiva will be held at the Zwebner home, 588 South Forest Drive.

Shiva hours are as follows:

• Weekdays: 8:00 a.m. to Noon, 1:00 to 5:00 p.m., and 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.
• Motzaei Shabbat: 6:00 to 10:00 p.m.

 
Minyanim will be held as follows:

• Shacharit Tuesday to Friday at 7:30 a.m., Sunday at 8:30 a.m. 
• Mincha/Maariv Tuesday to Thursday at 4:20 p.m.

November 14

We regret to inform you of the passing of Ellen Barsky, beloved mother of June Glazer, a former member who has made aliyah. The funeral already has taken place.

June will sit shiva in Israel at Matityahu 13, Yeshuv Elazar, through Tuesday morning, November 18.  Shiva hours are as follows:

• Motzaei Shabbat, November 15: from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m.
• Sunday, November 16, and Monday, November 17: 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

There are no minyanim.

We regret to inform you of the passing of Berish Rausman, beloved brother of Cindy Hassan. The burial took place this morning, Friday, November 7, at New Square.

Cindy will be sitting shiva with her sister through this Thursday, November 13, at 18 East View Road in Monsey.
